Returns & Refund Policy

At Honest Roots, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used supplement bottles unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@honestroots.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email hello@honestroots.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@honestroots.co.uk


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
