Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges where items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
